Abstract

This article describes the efforts and plans of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in the field of gender policy and protection of women's rights. Article also covers gender policy and women's rights programs in Uzbekistan. The main reason for the special study of the gender policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the fact that it is a member of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and provides a practical example of its programs.
