Abstract

The article presents the results of a bacteriological study of the quantitative parameters and species composition of the intestinal microflora, the severity of dysbiosis, predisposing factors and clinical and microbiological parallels in 79 newborns with congenital intestinal obstruction. It was revealed that, depending on the clinical forms of VCI in newborns, the manifestations and degree of dysbiosis are varied: from moderate to severe clinical forms. The results of the study indicate that dysbiosis in VCI is multicomponent and stable and is a factor in the progression of pathological changes in the gastrointestinal tract and the breakdown of adaptive mechanisms in the newborn
