Abstract

This paper describes and researches about Issues of Neighborhood (Makhalla) And Villages in Severe Conditions in The Aral Sea Region, Uzbekistan. The paper also outlines about improving the living conditions and quality of the population of the Aral Sea region, the State Program for the Development of the Aral Sea Region during the period from 2017 to 2021.
