Abstract

AbstractThe article discusses the origins of the Jadid movement and its impact on the literature of the period. The main idea of Jadidism, that is, the desire to enlighten the people, is reflected in the works and their heroes. In the literature of this period, ignorance was cited as an important cause of the tragedy of the nation, and it was revealed that it was fought against. It is based on the fact that the views put forward by the representatives of the Jadid movement are extremely important even today.
