Abstract

AbstractThis article classifies the factors influencing the socio-economic efficiency of service enterprises, structural changes in the industry, sources and directions of socio-economic efficiency, the role of the human factor in improving socio-economic efficiency, labor potential and quality of services to consumers, service processes, areas for improvement have been explored.
