Abstract

The monograph discusses the development of technology for defoliants with insecticidal activity based on sodium chlorate, liquid magnesium chlorate, sodium tricarbamidochlorate, acephate, acetamipride, ethanol and cypermethrin, provides a physico-chemical justification and a basic technological scheme for their production, with the establishment of optimal production parameters. Data on heterogeneous phase equilibria in eight systems involving water, sodium chlorate, carbamide, magnesium chlorate chloride, sodium tricarbamidochlorate, acephate, acetamipride, ethanol and cypermethrin were obtained for the first time. Their polythermal solubility diagrams are constructed, the nature of solubility and the mutual salting effect of the components on each other during joint dissolution are revealed.<br> As a result of studying the changes in the physicochemical properties (crystallization temperature, density, viscosity) of solutions of magnesium chlorate chloride and sodium tricarbamidochlorate with insecticides (acephate, acetamipride and cypermethrin), the processes of dissolution of components depending on temperature, duration of the process, the optimal ratios of components, the technological mode of conducting the process of obtaining liquid defoliants with insecticidal activity were revealed.
