Abstract

In the article, the equations of motion of pneumatic system drives of technological machines are compiled. Based on the obtained equations of motion, models and algorithms for optimal control of pneumatic system drives are developed. The necessary conditions for optimal control of the motion of pneumatic system drives using the Pontryagin maximum principle are investigated. By solving connected systems, the optimal values of the stiffness coefficients, the viscous resistance of drive belts and moments of inertia corresponding to rotating mechanisms pneumatic system were obtained. The values of transient processes and torsional vibrations of pneumatic system drives in the process of their start-up have been determined.
