Abstract

Abstract In this article, demulsifiers used to break down the oil emulsions of our local fields were studied, comparing their effectiveness. The effect of the demulsifier and the amount of water extracted from the oil were analyzed using deposition and centrifuge methods. The positive effect of temperature increase on the efficiency of the demulsifier was also studied, the optimal values for demulsifiers used today are compared. The resulting composition reduces the formation of salt sediments in the process of preparation of oil under mining conditions, in addition to reducing the impact of corrosive aggressive environments on the metal surface, and the time for the formation of sediments. As a result, it makes it possible to carry out all kinds of salt deposits in the oil by grinding them in commodity reservoirs.
