Abstract
This article is devoted to the theoretical problems of the stage of preparing a criminal case for a court<br> session and improving the procedure for its implementation. Determining the procedural importance<br> of preparing for a court session and improving it requires focusing on some theoretical aspects of the<br> criminal process. Based on these, based on the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the<br> Republic of Uzbekistan, the framework of the main tasks of this stage, its specifics and the most<br> important issues of the procedural activity of the participants, as well as proposals for improving this<br> stage are presented.<br>
