Abstract

This article examines the special features of conducting English for specific purposes (ESP) classes\nin terms of instructing juristic terms in English together with discussing the possible calamities that\nstudents may face during the process of learning legal English, as well as overcoming those hardships\nwith the assistance and implementation of content-based teaching, what has been regarded as of\nplethora of helpfulness and therefore being widely used in English as a foreign language (EFL)\nclasses. The author also further investigates and provides relevant data concerning useful methods\nand strategies of teaching and learning legal terminology in English as a foreign language.\n
