Abstract: The role of programming and IoT devices in the construction of smart cities is of particular importance, and the communication between them is closely interrelated. In today's fast-paced world, it is important to build smart cities and sustain their life cycles using stable programming architectures. As part of building smart cities, an algorithm for a newly invented project has been developed and software is currently being developed.
