Abstract

Abstract: In the article, the determination of the laws of motion of the belt conveyor was considered mainly in the case of vertical positioning. In this case, it is observed that during the transportation of the transported product, the rolling bearings of the roller mechanism with belt elements move as a result of high loading. Based on the analysis of these technological processes, the belt conveyor kinematic scheme and the dynamic model of the machine unit with the roller mechanism of the bearing support of the new construction, consisting of a belt bushing, were created, and the solutions were presented by connecting the calculations from the theoretical side of the conveyor to the graphs.
