LIABILITY FOR VIOLATION OF THE LEGISLATION ON RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
In this scientific article, the bases of responsibility for violating the legislation on religious<br> organizations, violation of freedom of conscience, engaging in illegal religious activities, refusal of<br> the heads of religious organizations to register the charter of these organizations, special gatherings<br> of children and adolescents by priests and members of religious organizations, as well as those<br> unrelated to religious ceremonies issues of organizing and conducting labor, literature and other<br> circles and groups were analyzed. Also, the basis of responsibility for violating the criminal law of<br> some foreign countries, the punishment of which is the law on religious organizations, has been<br> thoroughly studied.<br> <br>
