Abstract
Social work at school employees work in perfect condition to ensure communication between the school, family and community. A model of family-school cooperation that promotes family support and long-term development of the child is crucial for the success of the child. Using strengths, the school's social worker should help parents form a positive view of their child's future, which includes services and assistance that allow the child to live, work and relax in society.
