Abstract

The article describes the relationship between language and culture, folk proverbs and their featureses, the definitions of scholars, as well as the role of linguistics and literature in detail. Proverbs are good material to know the featureses of the national character, as they are historically formed and a system that reflects centuries of communication experience between people of a particular ethnolinguistic society and their knowledge of the surrounding reality.
