Abstract
The main chemical composition of the insoluble residue from nitric phosphoric acid suspensions, which is formed during the decomposition of the mineralized mass (MM) with nitric acid. The optimal MM:H2O ratio was established for a single washing. The optimal MM:H2O ratio for washing insoluble residue is 1.0:0.6 at 80 and 90°C. In this case, insoluble residues are obtained with the following composition (wt., %): Р2О5tot. — 5.94-6.20; CaOgen. — 14.31-14.94; CaOv.r. — 2.88-3.01; N- 3.31-3.46; SiO2 — 45.07-47.06; Al2O3 — 4.98-5.20; Fe2O3- 4.18-4.36 and SO3- 6.20-7.20.
