Abstract
This article discusses the types of education of children in need and the mechanisms for ensuring its continuity. The author analyzes the education of especially needy children, that is, the process of introducing the teaching method in specialized boarding schools and the new way of teaching in the process of “inclusive” education based on materials from the current archive and archival sources. The article provides a comparative analysis of the national program "Education for All", developed in 2003, and "On measures to further improve the education system and upbringing of children with special educational needs." adopted in 2020, the Law "On Guarantees of the Rights of the Child" and the Law "On Education"
