Abstract
This year is the thirtieth anniversary of our independence. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan – the document that is based on the principles of social justice and the rule of law, raising human rights and freedoms to the highest level – has created the legal basis for independence.\n\n\nThe sphere of public administration, like all spheres of socio-economic life, has gradually entered the path of gradual development based on such a vast legal framework. The government of Uzbekistan has bravely overcome all the difficulties it has faced for thirty years and laid the cornerstone of a novel Uzbekistan.
