Abstract
The monograph highlights the etiopathogenetic, clinical and diagnostic aspects of diabetic retinopathy, a complex method for the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy using tanakan endonasal electrophoresis. The comparative effectiveness of this method with traditional methods of treatment is shown. A risk index for the progression of diabetic retinopathy has been developed.\n\nThe monograph is intended for ophthalmologists, medical scientists, masters and clinical residents. The monograph was approved at a meeting of the Academic Council of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Minutes No. 5 dated December 22, 2021
