At the same time, the problems of traditional institutions for the protection of investors' rights, the development of alternative dispute resolution methods and regulatory standards affecting the degree of protection of the rights of foreign investors and their property remain.\n\n\nThe lack of effectiveness of mechanisms and institutions for the protection of property rights in Uzbekistan increases the feeling of insecurity in existing investment activities among potential investors and potential investors, as a result, discourages interest in doing business in the country and impedes a greater flow of high-quality investment and increased reinvestment.\n\n\nThe paper suggest the need of the formation in Uzbekistan the alternative ways to resolve investment disputes and its mechanisms, as well as enforcement foreign court decision for bringing consistency and predictability to the system.
