MULTI-PARTY SYSTEM AND ITS STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT: PAST AND PRESENT
Abstract
This year is the thirtieth anniversary of our independence. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan – the document that is based on the principles of social justice and the rule of law, raising human rights and freedoms to the highest level – has created the legal basis for independence.\n\nThe sphere of public administration, like all spheres of socio-economic life, has gradually entered the path of gradual development based on such a vast legal framework. The government of Uzbekistan has bravely overcome all the difficulties it has faced for thirty years and laid the cornerstone of a novel Uzbekistan.\n\nIt is relieving to note that today the economic power of our country is growing, the creative work being carried out is gaining momentum, and the ideas of humanity and goodness are the basis of this work.
