Abstract
The article discusses the growing role of "concept" in modern linguistics and the fact that the concept plays an important role in the conceptosphere of national cultures, in this sense, the concept of "head" also has a universal conceptual status, the interpretation of information about the object or reality through the social consciousness, expressing the entity and the relationship to them, the most important feature - reflected in the features and characteristics associated with the concept of "head", the linguistic expression of features, the semantic content, their communicative adaptability and level of brightness are expressed differently in different national languages.
