TRADITIONAL DISHES OF JUZES OF SURKHAN OASIS

Abstract

National dishes are an integral part of material culture, and by watching them one can study the traditions of various peoples. Cooking was largely associated with the social environment of the population, geographic conditions and forms of economy. In particular, the traditional cuisine of the Juzes of the Surkhan oasis consists mainly of cereals, vegetables, dairy and meat dishes. This article provides information about the traditional cuisine of the Juzes of the Surkhan oasis and their role in the social life of the population.
