Abstract
This article is devoted to identifying important differences in the semantics of conjunction elements from other types of syntactic links. Currently, linguists pay great attention to the study of the specifics of the interaction of conjunctions based on the semantic structure of conjunctive components, consisting of significant parts. However, the specificity of a particular linguistic phenomenon is determined not only by the presence of certain linguistic features, but also by their relation to other linguistic phenomena. This is exactly what the article is about.
