Abstract
The article analyzes the concept and essence of participants in a limited liability company. Although a limited liability company participates in civil transactions on its own behalf, certain persons will stand behind them. In this case, it will be necessary to determine the interests of individuals and legal entities, the scope of their duties. Issues related to the activities of a limited liability company are regulated by the legislation in a relatively fragmented and fragmented manner.
