Abstract
This article attempts to shed light on the emergence of Jadidism and its significance as a national awakening movement in the spread of enlightenment. There have been many scientific studies on Jadidism. Therefore, in the article we considered it appropriate to touch upon only some aspects of Jadidism, mostly undisclosed aspects. The article identifies four foundations: enlightenment - ideological, liberation-feminist, moral and aesthetic, material and financial.
