Abstract

The aim of the article is to analyze the linguistic aspects of peculiar properties of the gender, reflected in phraseological units of English and Karakalpak languages, also reveals the regularities of combining phraseological units with different composition and semantics into separate phraseological groups. An analysis of our materials allows us to distinguish the typology of phraseological units around the general concepts of "masculinity"// "femininity"
