Abstract

The article describes the reasons for morphemic simplification, complication of phonetic content (expansion of the phonetic structure of the root word). The data on determining the role of phonetic changes in the transformation of multi-morphemic words (derived words, derived word forms) into small-morphemic words are presented. The structure-semantic, phonetic-derivational development of words whose phonetic structure in the current Uzbek language dictionary is complicated, changed from one syllable to more syllables, but whose morpheme structure is simplified (rounded, integrated with the basis for various reasons) is revealed. The historical development of the phonetic structure of the words with a syllable Root is based on the reasons for having multi-syllable phonetic structures in the process.
