THE STATE OF THE BLOOD COAGULATION AND ANTI-COAGULATION SYSTEM OF PATIENTS WITH GANGRENE OF THE LOWER EXTREMITIES, CAUSED BY DIABETES MELLITUS COMPLICATED BY SEPSIS
Abstract
Abstract: Objective: to study the coagulation and anticoagulation system of blood in\ndiabetes mellitus. Materials and methods: In 109 patients with diabetes mellitus aged 17-\n78 years (mostly over 35 years old) with varying degrees of severity and duration of the\ndisease, we studied the state of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis activity, the aggregation\nfunction of platelets, erythrocytes. The results shown in the table indicate that there is a\nsignificant presence of hyperfibrinogenemia in diabetes mellitus, as pointed out by other\nresearchers Conclusions. significant trend towards a decrease in the severity of chronic\nintravascular microcoagulation in patients with diabetes mellitus against the background\nof the use of antithrombotic therapy, the absence of side effects with the skillful use of drugs\nwith antiplatelet and anticoagulant effects, allow us to recommend them to be included in\nthe complex treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus.\nKeywords: coagulation and anticoagulation system, diabetes, hypercoagulable state,\nsepsis.\n
