Abstract

Abstract: The Strategy for Reforming the Banking System of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020-2025 notes that the introduction of technological solutions for assessing financial risks, modernizing banking services, introducing modern banking standards, information technologies and software products are priority areas for reforming the national banking system (1, p. 2). And, this makes it necessary to study the possibility of using advanced foreign experience in the field of innovative development of commercial banks.
