Abstract
Abstract. It is known that enzyme immunoassay is the most effective and cost-effective in terms of use in the diagnosis of various infectious agents and low molecular weight compounds. Conjugates in the ELISA test systems are obtained by conjugation of the enzyme horseradish peroxidase and proteins. The article provides an analysis of various Saccharomyces cerevisiae enzymes as sources for the production of ELISA conjugates.
