Abstract. From historical sources, we know that Amir Timur for the construction of the powerful state and a just society effectively used moral and material stimulation systems to the population. The prosperity of the huge state in Amir Timur period may have been a result of the sound economic policy, many provisions of which are relevant in the present time. If we look at Mazi, the social protection of the population also played an important role in the economic policy of our great commander, Amir Temur. The study of the history of Amir Temur's state system showed that there was a comprehensive system of positive protection under the direct leadership of the owner in his time.\n\nIf in the past, social protection was a priority in the form of voluntary donations in accordance with the rules of Islamic morality, during the reign of Amir Temur, the state system of social protection has emerged and has become a priority of economic policy.
