Abstract

The article analyzes that the process of replacing Russian colonialism with Bolshevik oppression in Turkestan at the beginning of the twentieth century led to a new wave of struggle for the freedom of the peoples of the region, led by the Jadids. It was noted that the educational ideas of the Jadids, which had a cultural and educational content, caused significant changes in the sociopolitical and spiritual-cultural life of Turkestan, and on the basis of these changes, advanced ideas regarding women were put forward.
