Abstract
Craftsmen of the Surkhan oasis wove various fabrics from cotton. The populations of the durman, juz, kungrad and other tribes, engaged in cattle breeding, more often weaved wool. Traditional clothes and jewelry of the Uzbek people are also a common part of material culture, reflecting national characteristics, customs and aesthetic taste of our people. Like the clothes of other nationalities, traditional Uzbek clothes were formed and developed over a long historical process. This article provides information on the activities of Uzbek masters to create national clothing
