Abstract
Abstract: Based on the results of surgical treatment of patients with a hernia of the spine, a comparative description of the methods of surgical treatment of herniated intervertebral discs (percutaneous puncture laser nucleosome, microdiscectomy, and laminectomy) is given. Indications and contraindications for each type of intervention were identified. The long-term results of surgical treatment by various methods in 178 patients were evaluated using quality of life indicators. Studying and evaluating the effectiveness of conservative and surgical methods of treating leads to patients with hernias of the lumbosacral spine and the selection of effective methods of rehabilitation
