Dermatoscopic Criteria for the Pigmented form of Basal Cell Skin Cancer in Representatives of the Asian Race in Tashkent

В данной статье описана пигментная форма базальноклеточного рака кожи (БКРК), которая чаще встречается среди азиатов и представляет порой серьезную диагностическую задачу. В связи с чем большое значение в практике дерматоонколога приобретает дерматоскопия, которая помогает клиницистам отличить пигментный БКРК от других доброкачественных и злокачественных пигментных новообразований кожи. Проведена клинико-морфологическая и дерматоскопическая корреляция пигментных форм БКРК на примере пяти клинических случаев. This article describes a pigmented form of basal cell skin cancer (BCSC), which is more common among Asians and is sometimes a serious diagnostic challenge. In this connection, dermatoscopy is of great importance in the practice of a dermato-oncologist, which helps clinicians to distinguish pigmented BCSC from other benign and malignant pigmented skin neoplasms. Clinical, morphological and dermatoscopic correlation of pigment forms of BCSC was carried out, using the example of five clinical cases.
