Abstract

<em>In the context of the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic in our country, there are ample opportunities for the effective use of public lands, harvesting up to two or three times a year. This, of course, requires the development of new projects in agriculture and their implementation. This article discusses one such project is potato growing clusters and cooperatives in agriculture.</em>
