Abstract

Abstract - in the article analyzed influence of various methods of surgical treatment of experimental duodenal ulcer on state of cavity, membrane digestion and absorption of carbohydrates. Since we know to a large extent a number of disorders, symptoms and syndromes in patients with complicated duodenal ulcer and postoperative complications are caused by intestinal digestion disorders, which is currently still a completely unexplored problem in the surgical treatment of duodenal ulcer and its complications.\n\nAt the same time, the main functional mechanisms of MC responsible for hydrolysis and absorption of nutrients - cavitary, membrane digestion and absorption - have not been studied in detail in the pre- and postoperative periods. This creates serious difficulties in solving a number of issues in clinical practice related to the treatment, prognosis and prevention of the development of such a problematic complication as enteral syndrome, which worsens the results of surgical treatment and, most importantly, the quality of life of patients in the postoperative period. The problem was studied by many leading domestic experts.
