Abstract

This article gives an idea of the current activities of the neighborhood, which is a place of moral and spiritual upbringing, and its role on the scale of the country. Adequate information has been given about the fact that the neighborhood, which is the primary instrument in ensuring the resilience of families as the main negation of the society, is the backbone of state development as a complex structure.
