Abstract

<em>The idiosyncrasies of headway of the medium by which speakers of a language convey their contemplations and feelings to others, the device with which they direct their business or the public authority, and the vehicle by which the science, the way of life has been sent is definitely worth of study. It is reasonable to acknowledge that a generously instructed individual ought to know something of the practices of the distant language we take in, the lexical changes of its jargon along with the sources from which that jargon has been moved along.</em>
