Abstract

Abstract. The article deals with comorbid disorders in one of the most common systemic disorders in childhood, neurotic enuresis. Analysis of the symptoms and dynamics of mental disorders, the causes of their occurrence was qualified in accordance with the diagnostic criteria according to the International Classification of Mental Illnesses (ICD-10). In the course of the study, clinical-psychopathological and experimental-psychological research methods were used: projective methods "My Family", "Drawing of a Person", the Lüscher test, the questionnaire of I.M. Nikolskaya. The study established a relationship between the clinical manifestations of neurotic enuresis in children and their psychological characteristics, which confirms the important role of psychological factors in the occurrence and course of neurotic enuresis in children.\n\nTopicality. Foreign researchers among the borderline mental disorders associated with enuresis primarily note disorders of the excitable circle. These include increased irritability and excitability, a high level of aggressiveness, outbursts of anger, pyromania, and cruelty to animals. Children with enuresis showed lower adaptive abilities at school, caused great difficulties for parents in the process of upbringing, more often disrupted the psychosocial functioning of the family. A number of authors drew attention to the frequent association of enuresis and hyperactivity disorder with attention deficit disorder. The combination of this pathology aggravates the prognosis, complicates therapy.\n\nThe purpose of the study: to study comorbid disorders of children with neurotic neurosis.\n\nMaterials and methods.A survey was conducted of 45 children of both sexes aged 5 to 10 years with neurotic dementia who received treatment at the city children's psychoneurological center. To identify behavioral disorders, experimental and psychological research methods were used: projective methods "My Family", "Drawing of a Person", the Lüscher test, the questionnaire of I.M. Nikolskaya. The selection of patients was carried out in accordance with the criteria of ICD-10 (F98.0).\n\nResults and discussion. In the course of the study of characterological and behavioral features of 45 children aged 5-6 years, according to relatives, three subgroups were identified: asthenic, excitable and balanced pattern of behavior.
