Abstract
Abstract. The article deals with acute cerebrovascular disorders and the course of cognitive disorders, their diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, there has been an increase in cerebrovascular diseases. All patients were assessed for stroke severity on the NIHSS scale and daily activity level on the Barthel ADL index. A Hamilton depression rating scale (HDRS-17) was used to exclude patients with depressive disorders from the study. Tricortin was used as a nootropic drug to improve cognitive impairment in patients who participated in the study, and its effects were evaluated.
