Abstract

We will consider the most common payroll systems in practice, which correspond to the two main components of accounting for labor costs, time and non-time. In addition, each of them can be used in practice in combination with an additional bonus system called the bonus time or bonus hour system. This dissertation deals with the protection of the rights of workers in connection with the reduction in the number of employees (staff) and ways to improve labor legislation.
