Abstract
In today's increasingly modern society, humanity faces many challenges that need to be addressed. This, in turn, leads to many stressful situations in everyday life. Psychosocial factors are present in the lives of people of all ages and can lead to the development of noncommunicable diseases. Ischemic heart disease, especially angina pectoris, myocardial infarction (MI) has long been a common occurrence in modern society. The unfavorable ecological situation and air pollution with harmful production wastes lead to an increase in cardiovascular diseases in the sedentary population
