Abstract
<em>The study of Byron's language not only makes it possible to better appreciate his poems, it also helps to study the style of the English language, and, at the same time, allows one to judge the stylistic problems that faced English writers at the beginning of the 19th century. This article discusses the use of poetic tropes in Byron’s literary works thus analyzing the style and language of his poetry.</em>
