PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF ENVIRONMENTALLY SIGNIFICANT VALUES AMONG MEDICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
Abstract
Annotation. The article considers the educational aspect of the formation of environmentally significant values. The issue of values is becoming particularly relevant in connection with the deterioration of the environmental situation in the "man – environment" system. Training specialists with a broad understanding and awareness of the importance of universal values is the main task of the Institute of Education. Ecological values express the aspect of the humanistic ideal, which is the basis of the model of education for medical workers since a person is not only a carrier of knowledge and skills but also a carrier of humanistic ideals and principles. The professional activity of medical workers is aimed at preserving the health of citizens, which is of the highest value. Therefore, value-oriented education is an important prerequisite for the formation of a personality that can measure its actions and deeds with environmental imperatives.
