Abstract
Resume. Metabolic syndrome is one of the most critical problems in medicine. This is due, firstly, to the fact that this syndrome occurs in 25-35% of the world's population [1], and secondly, the risk of death from cardiovascular disease in patients with this syndrome is 2-3 times higher than in patients without metabolic syndrome, type 2 The risk of developing diabetes is 5-9 times higher [2]. The research was conducted at the Medical Association of Kagan, Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as a comparative study of clinical signs and laboratory parameters of patients with metabolic syndrome.
