Abstract

The article analyzes the process of increasing the efficiency of the working roller of a roller gin. Methods for increasing the service life of the working roller are described and a new design is created. The difference of the new design of the working drum is that the performance depends on the activity of the capture by the working drum and the efficiency of pulling the fibers under the knife.
