CHARACTERISTICS OF CLINICAL AND LABORATORY CHANGES IN WOMEN WITH HYPERANDROGENIA

Abstract
Summary: The study included 70 women of reproductive age with hyperanrogenism and 15 women without reproductive disorders. The results of the study showed that the analysis of hormones in the blood of women with hyperandrogenism revealed high levels of LG and total testosterone fractions in 45.2% of women, and a combined increase in LG and DGEAS in 36.4% of women. LG, total testosterone, and DGEAS levels in the blood were reported to be high in 7.8% of cases. A study of hormone analysis revealed hypothyroidism in 7% of women and hyperprolactenemia in 9%.
