Abstract

The acute toxicity and psychopharmacological activity of 1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-6,7-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline at doses from 1 to 100 mg/kg was studied. In doses of 10 and 20 mg/kg, intragastric administration revealed sedative-anxiolytic properties.
